POS system supplier
Michael was engaged by a point of sale system manufacturer and integrator to introduce structured processes designed to deliver development projects within specification, on time and within budget. This work involved integrating best practice project management techniques into existing business systems including the development of a standardised risk management methodology.
Establishment of new technology projects.
​Planning of high risk development projects for over 30 technology-based high growth potential export companies. In each case the company engaged us to initiate a project consistent with their new technology plan and provide advice on possible funding assistance. 
Project managed the development of an innovative automated packaging proof-of-concept machine 
​The assignment involved project initiation, direction and management of a team of engineers based in NZ and Europe.
Enhanced project management capability 
​Provided project management coaching for a project of critical strategic importance to an innovative web based system supplier. Unlimited Realities employed Michael to redesign the quotation stage of its project management methodology.
NZ Police. 
​Michael was engaged to assist with project management training for managers of its organisational change projects.
​Project management methodology. 
​Michael was engaged by COER to develop a project management methodology appropriate in conducting best practice benchmarking projects. This methodology was incorporated into the TRADE benchmarking methodology. Training was provided to seven Singapore government agencies conducting organisational improvement projects. High level oversight and guidance to the project boards and project managers was a key part of the work.
