This work involved integrating best practice project management techniques into existing business systems including the development of a standardised risk management methodology.

Michael was engaged to assist with project management training for managers of its organisational change projects.
Project management methodology.
Michael was engaged by COER to develop a project management methodology appropriate in conducting best practice benchmarking projects. This methodology was incorporated into the TRADE benchmarking methodology. Training was provided to seven Singapore government agencies conducting organisational improvement projects. High level oversight and guidance to the project boards and project managers was a key part of the work.
